⯌ APPEARANCE: Non-op trans man by default, living socially as a man. If the idea of an old man with old man breasts is too much, however, he can have had top surgery if that bridge is going to be crossed.
⯌ POSITION: His ego is enormous, but his stamina isn't the greatest. Therefore he will (attempt to) powerbottom by default, may top if discussed beforehand. Would love to write him as a bit of a paper tiger in the bedroom.
I tend to write him as someone who believes they are above "petty" physical pleasure. He believes the only thing that will give him any kind of euphoria at his age and level of worldly experience is psychologically crushing and potentially killing people.

Depends on the individual.
